Renowned storyteller and award-winning author Richard Van Camp hails from Fort Smith, Northwest Territories. He is a proud member of the Tłı̨chǫ Dene people and a graduate of the En'owkin International School of Writing, the University of Victoria's BFA in Creative Writing program, and the University of British Columbia's MFA in Creative Writing. Richard's impressive body of work includes 26 books in various genres, like Little You and We Sang You Home, the latter being illustrated by Julie Flett. He currently lives in Edmonton.
