When will my order be shipped?

Once an order is paid for, we will ship the order at our soonest availability. As we are a very small business run by two spouses, sometimes daily life gets in the way; but we will always aim to ship your order out within 1 week of fulfilment.

How much does it cost to ship my item?

That depends on where you live. We ship using Canada Post, so you can use their website to get a rough idea of the price. You can also use the checkout process to calculate the shipping of a specific order, as this price will be quoted to you before your purchase is finalized.

I don't like Canada Post. Can I have my order shipped via another service?

We believe strongly in supporting our local post office, but we understand that some customers may not like their local post office. If you would like an alternative shipping method, you can e-mail us at witchplz@icloud.com and we will find a way to accommodate you. Keep in mind that alternative shipping methods almost always cost more than Canada Post.

I live very close to you; is shipping really necessary?

We allow for in-person pick up of items! We are also willing to drop off items in the Newmarket/Aurora area but our store makes it difficult to set that up, so you'll have to e-mail us at witchplz@icloud.com to make those arrangements. We are willing to make drop-offs in the rest of the GTA or within a couple hours' travel from Newmarket for a $10-20 fee (depending on distance).

When you arrange for in-person pick up, Kendra will contact you to arrange a time. On the day, we will place a folding table at the end of our driveway with your order on it, and Kendra or Jessica will wait there for you with mask on.

Do you have a storefront I can go to?

Kind of! We have a stall in the north-west corner of the 400 Market! Come visit us there on Saturdays and Sundays from 9 to 5. :) The address is 2207 Industrial Park Rd, Innisfil, ON L9S 3V9 Remember that parking is $1!

Do you ship to my country?

In all likelihood, yes. COVID has halted some international shipment, and if there are trade issues between our countries, there is little we can do about that. But if Canada Post ships to your country, then so do we!
