I'm hearing two big sentiments from the spiritual community in the wake of the eclipse:

Feeling refreshed, like they had a huge cleansing, at peace or ready to get something done.

OR

Exhausted, dizzy, feeling on edge.

Personally, I have a deep feeling of peace and connection with nature right now, but I'm also exhausted. Today was supposed to be a day of rest for me after how much I was doing this weekend, but here I am, writing this post and getting new products listed.

What does this mean?

Well, the eclipse was a huge build-up and release of energy. It's an important celestial event. When you're in tune with that and paying attention, you're aligning your energy to it just a little bit more. No matter which one of the two reactions you're having, the answer is the same: To treat yourself with care and respect.

So be gentle with yourself in the wake of an eclipse. Have naps. Have a bath (maybe use some bath salts to pamper yourself!) Or go for a nice walk in nature. Where we are, the sun is beaming beautifully down, full of positive energy.

It's a wonderful time to be thankful for the sun and all it does.
