Beautiful Girl: Celebrating the Wonders of Your Body by Christiane Northrup, Kristina Tracy, and Aurélie Blanz is a lovely picture book for young girls which includes a code to download an accompanying meditation audio. The aim of this book is to teach girls to connect with their body and treat it well from a young age, by likening it to their natural surroundings.
The description on the back of the book reads:

We do feel it fair to warn our online customers (who cannot flip through the book and judge for themselves) that Beautiful Girl does contain some gender-essentialist wording. (Such as boiling everything down to Girl or Boy, specifying being born as a girl, and insisting that each of these two genders has totally different gifts from each other.) However, the overall message is positive, so we leave it to you to judge for yourself if this book is right for your child.
