Agate is a type of microcrystalline quartz that has been traditionally used for tableware, hard stone carvings, and as a material for wax seals. It is also used for spells and magical rituals involving strength, bravery, longevity, and healing. Agate stabilizes the aura, cleanses negative energies, and enhances mental function, concentration, perception, and analytical abilities. It is also useful for emotional trauma and spiritual growth. Agate has a rich history of divinely revealed images and medicinal properties, including healing skin disorders, the eyes, stomach, and uterus.
